December 16, 2019 - January 31, 2020 Frequently Asked Questions Q: WHAT IS A NO FUSS FUNDRAISER?
A: A No Fuss Fundraiser is an easy, hassle-free opportunity for parents, grandparents, businesses, friends and family to help support our students at BBH High School. All money raised will directly impact our students at the High School. There is no selling of products. It is truly no fuss! Q: WHEN WILL THE FUNDRAISER TAKE PLACE? A: December 16, 2019 through January 31, 2020. Q: HOW CAN I HELP? A: You can help by providing BBH High School PSO with a tax-deductible donation* to help us reach our goal of $3,600.00. All personal donations will be kept confidential, and a tax receipt will be provided**. Please ask your employer if they make matching donations. We'll be sure to thank them on our PSO website and in communications to the High School families. Q: WHAT ARE WE FUNDING THIS YEAR? A: Money raised will be used to contribute to the following: Maker Space: The Maker Space is an initiative of the Woodshop and Robotics departments to purchase machines and tools to print banners and posters for the district. Not only will it provide this service to the district, but students enrolled in the classes will learn valuable skills. Zen Den: The Zen Den is an initiative through the Counseling Office where a quiet/calm space will be available for any student who may need some time to reset during their school day. Activities/tools will be available in this calming space for them to utilize. The goal is to provide this time to students as a way to cope and overcome various obstacles that they might be facing throughout their day. Filtered Water Fountain: Should we meet or exceed our goal of $3,600.00, we will be able to contribute to both initiatives and provide a filtered water fountain at the High School stadium. This water fountain will be similar to the water stations already installed in the High School based on last year’s PSO fundraising. Q: HOW DO YOU DONATE TO THE NO FUSS FUNDRAISER? A: It's simple! During our No Fuss Fundraiser, you can donate with two options: Online using PayPal and your credit card. You do not need an account with PayPal to make a secure and private donation online. By mail with our donation form. You can send in a check, made payable to BBH High School PSO, to: BBH High School No Fuss Fundraiser, 6380 Mill Road, Broadview Heights, Ohio 44147. Q: WHY IS THE FUNDRAISER SO LONG? A: We are starting the fundraiser during the holiday season and into the new year to allow families to make their tax-deductible donation* in the year they prefer to declare on their tax return. Q: WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? A: You will receive communications with two options for donating: Online using PayPal and your credit card. You do not need an account with PayPal to make a secure and private donation online. By mail with our donation form. We will send out regular reminders during the Fundraising time period. Please understand that there is no way for us to remove you from the reminders once you have donated.
