Commencement and Prom Package Fundraisers 2022

The BBHHS PSO is excited to offer two historically popular prizes with a Commencement Day Package, including prime seating for seven at the State Theatre for commencement exercises and two Prom Packages! Tickets must be paid in full before prize ticket purchases can be completed and entered for a chance to win. The BBHHS also will be conducting a fundraiser to help support After Prom. Swarm Board 2021-2022
The High School Swarm Boards are bulletin boards in the cafeteria, to the left and right of the gym. Teams, music/drama organizations and clubs decorate them to represent their groups.
The left Swarm Board is 6' x 12'. The right Swarm Board is actually comprised of two smaller bulletin boards, one on top of the other. You can decorate the 2 boards separately or put one huge piece of paper over both.
Use this signup to reserve the left or right Swarm Boards for a 2 week slot: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0a4fafac23a7fc1-bbhhsswarm2.
Because there are usually more organizations who want slots than the number of slots available, every organization is limited to 1 time period. This applies even if there are JV and Varsity teams. After September 15th, if there are still open slots, then groups are welcome to sign up for a 2nd time. If you sign up for a second period prior to Sept 15th then the last one added will be deleted.
Parents/students/staff need to provide their own materials. On the last day of your time-slot, remember to assign somebody to take down your decorations.
