2025-2026 High School PSO Information

PSO members are able to attend our monthly meetings and join our private Facebook group. Membership dues are used to fund school projects to enhance the educational experience of BBY high school students. Thank you for your support!

2024-2025 ​High School PSO Principal Advisory Meeting Schedule

Join us for meetings to get updates on high school events and news. Meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of the month and will begin at 9am in the BBHHS office meeting room unless otherwise indicated. Meeting minutes from past meetings can be found on the About page on this site. 

The schedule for the year is below:

  • Thursday September 11th - 9am  
  • Thursday October 9th - 9am
  • Thursday November 13th - 9am
  • Thursday December 11th (PSO appreciation) - 9am
  • Thursday January 8th - 9am
  • Thursday February 12th - 9am
  • Thursday March 12 - 9am
  • Thursday April 9th - 9am
  • Thursday May 14th - 9am

2025-2026 Swarm Board sign up will be available starting at 10am on Saturday August 16th at 9am

Since so many of our parents work, we will be sending out the 2025/26 Swarm Board invite Saturday morning, 8/16/25, at 9 AM.  That will give all clubs/sport teams an equal chance at getting the weeks they want. Spots are first come, first serve. If you have questions or want to be added to the Swarm Board distribution list, email the Swarm Board coordinator at [email protected].

​To reserve a Swarm Board slot go to http://www.signupgenius.com.  Search for signups created by [email protected].   

The High School Swarm Boards are bulletin boards in the cafeteria, to the left and right of the gym. Teams, music/drama organizations and clubs decorate them to represent their groups. 
  • The left Swarm Board is 6' x 12' . 
  • The right Swarm Board is 8' by 8' (96" x 96"). It is composed of two smaller bulletin boards, one on top of the other. You can decorate the 2 boards separately, or put one huge piece of paper over both. 
There are usually rolls of paper you can use for the background in the Teachers' Lounge. They are along the right side, just past the printers (you can ask the main office for directions). If you notice a roll running low, email [email protected] or let the office know.

Notes:
  • We initially allow just one time-period per sport or club since there are more sports and clubs at the school than we have space for.  However, after September 30th, if there are open time-periods anybody can sign up for a second one.  We just need to make sure that everybody gets a chance 
  • If there is an activity that spans numerous departments, such as a Pancake Breakfast that spans all music programs, that won't count against anybody (i.e. band can still reserve a time-period even if the Pancake Breakfast has one)
